IntelliEvent allows for the syncing of HubSpot CRM data with IntelliEvent Lightning, including Companies, Contacts, Deals, Jobs, Projects, and Services depending on the configuration being used. The HubSpot integration is configured through Management → System Settings → Integrations → HubSpot Configuration and requires Administrator permissions.
Before enabling the integration, the appropriate HubSpot setup steps should be completed, including enabling Services when using the detailed workflow, creating the required custom properties, selecting initiator Deal or Service stages, and confirming the desired sync behavior. Once configured, records can be created, linked, updated, or manually pushed between IntelliEvent and HubSpot based on the selected settings and mapping strategy.
